About:

Situated on the Potomac River and only five miles from the heart of the District, living in Arlington VA is the perfect blend of big city and small town charm. While Arlington is home to over 230,000 residents, it is classified a county as it is not actually a city under Virginia Law. Arlington is home to The Pentagon, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Amazon’s “HQ2” headquarters, and Arlington National Cemetery. Arlington has a strong connection to D.C., as it was originally part of the southwest portion of the 10 mile diamond area that constituted the nation’s capital. However, after a vote by the residents, Congress retroceded the area back to Virginia in 1846. Today, you will see a mix of historic residences, high rises, condominiums and single-family homes that suit every lifestyle to purchase or rent.
